- female leaders are less corrupt on average and initiate less [[guerre|wars]]
- Old politicians produce less [[croissance économique|economic growth]] on average, and they are more likely to initiate [[guerre|wars]]. They are also less active. Energy and cognitive ability tend to decrease after a certain age. Concerns about their future career are less important to them[^3]
